Our Rates are also published on our Home Away/Vrbo and Trip Advisor Property Pages, and should be exactly the same. They take Credit Card bookings too (we don’t), but you will find that they will charge you considerably more if you book through them!
They add their own commission for both owner and guest, and in the case of Home Away/Vrbo, they add on an additional compulsory insurance cover, for which they charge the guest an extra 6%. This might suit you but otherwise, to keep your costs down, we suggest you place your booking here with us.
With Holiday Lettings, we understand they charge the guest a Booking Fee of between 8-18%. We are not sure how they calculate this but we would appreciate any feedback.
Other information

- We offer all returning guests a 5% discount on our published rates.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests and is priced accordingly.
- During Mid and Low season, we offer a discount of 20% for small parties of 4 guests or fewer as long as only 2 bedrooms are used.
- We can only accept one child under the age of 2 years (which may be additional to the above) because we only keep one cot and one high chair to accommodate small guests.
- Under the terms of our Rental Licence, these occupation limits cannot not be exceeded in any circumstances.
