We have just returned from a week staying at this villa and can’t recommend it enough! We had a lovely week, we were a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler, the villa and location was perfect for us. Villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The town of Tavira is only a short walk away and there is a lovely cafe on the way. Don’t let the main road put you off as it’s fine and local taxis are good. We didn’t have a car as didn’t feel it was needed. A massive thank you to Angie for her amazing service! We would highly recommend this villa. We hope to return one day.

A spacious 4 bed villa with small but perfect pool in a gated complex 10 mins walk north from Tavira town centre. Unlike other rentals, it has a great selection of kitchen appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is lots of outside space, front and back and four of us were very comfortable there.
The location is perfect, a short walk (with a 3 min section on the main road) and you arrive into the lovely town centre. Communication with Angie and Stuart (and Roger the owner) were exemplary – before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended for a group of adults or a family.

Great for holidays with Family and Friends
This was our second visit to Tavira in less than a year. Tavira is a wonderful place to visit it has lots of character, and choice of restaurants, great for walking and exploring.
The villa was perfect for our stay with friends, well equipped, and tastefully furnished and decorated. Just as advertised. The balcony and garden areas front and back were very private and quiet. The owner, Roger, enable a smooth booking, and villa manager Angie, was very helpful and looked after us on arrival and departure very well.

Have stayed at this villa quite a lot over the last 6 years and we love it. Lots of space, very well equipped. Pool perfect for a cooling dip, lots of sun beds and only a 15 minute walk into town. Angie and Stu look after us really well and have become good friends over the years. Neighbours are also very friendly and helpful. Tavira is a beautiful fishing town with lots of good restaurants and only a short boat ride from a fantastic beach. Lots of beautiful buildings and sights to see. We love it.

Tavira is a beautiful Portuguese town. The villa is perfectly situated in a quiet area but still close enough to the town that you can walk. However we mainly used taxis as there is a busy fast road to walk along which doesn’t feel very safe for pedestrians. Not a problem as taxis were very cheap and plentiful.
Villa is much bigger than the pictures show. In fact it was a lovely surprise to have so much space. The aircon was fantastic. The street is incredibly quiet, no noise at all.
Tavira is without a doubt the nicest town we have visited in Portugal. Very family friendly, wonderful restaurants and bars as very reasonable prices.
Clean villa and pool. Lots of seating. Highly recommend. Angie and Roger were great from first booking and throughout.

Well located and excellently equipped villa.
We recently stayed in this lovely villa for a fortnight. From the outset the communication between ourselves Roger and Angie was excellent and this was maintained throughout our stay. The villa is well located to explore the different areas of the Eastern Algarve and suited our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers extremely well. We did not hire cars and managed to visit places using a variety of public transport and taxis. Trains are not always reliable but taxis are cheap and efficient. The walk into Tavira is easy although the short section along the main road could be challenging with very young children.
The villa is beautiful with plenty of space to relax and superbly equipped. We made good use of the bar-be que and all thoroughly enjoyed using the pool during the fantastic weather we experienced during our visit.
Angie and Stuart ensured that all our questions were answered and were very accommodating with our requests.The neighbours each side also went out of their way to help with advice and information. This really helped to make our stay so enjoyable and we would like to extend our thanks to all of them for this.
We have all agreed that we would love to return to the property again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to future travellers. Thank you.

Stayed for just over a week. Owner answered any queries promptly and Angie was also very helpful even doing a shop for us as we would be arriving late. Very spacious villa with a lovely master suite. Air con very efficient and pool good size and all well maintained. Centre of Tavira is about 25 minutes walk which is a lovely location with great restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you

We loved this villa with it having so many different balconies and areas, there was space for each of the family. It was equipped with all you need for your stay, we mainly had breakfast in the villa and ate out as there are so many good restaurants to choose from in Tavira. The kids loved the pool. Great base, we had a day at the Aqua Water Park and a day at Fuseta Beach enjoying a meal at the BBQ and a day at Barril beach, week went in too quickly.

Lovely villa, very spacious and close to the town
In the lead up to our stay, we had great communication from Angie, who was extremely helpful with all the queries I had.
The villa is in a gated street, with ample parking, and was easy enough to find, with Angie’s directions. The villa is very spacious and has living room, dining area, and large kitchen, with dining spaces outside at the front and rear of the property too. Ample air conditioning throughout the property if you need it. There is a helpful folder with instructions for appliances throughout the property.
We used the pool a few times, but it was a little chilly in late Sept despite it being a very pleasant 28 degrees.
The villa is a leisurely 10-minute walk into Tavira for the restaurants and shops. The walk does involve walking along a busy road, which is our only drawback, as we had our 8-month-old in a pram.
Overall, a great 7-night stay, and knowing Angie was available if we needed anything. She even met me the day after we checked out because I had left items in the wardrobe!

A wonderful, well equipped villa. All rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Don’t need to worry about anything, games, floats, goggles for the pool etc all there. Hairdryer in each bedroom – and good fast ones too. Fabulous air conditioning too.
Plenty of outdoor space – several spacious balconies, back garden and the lovely pool area at the front – a definite winner with the children.
Located close to the centre of Tavira and the best restaurants. It truly is only a 10-minute walk.

This villa is fabulous – over 3 floors & is very modern. The kitchen has all essentials if you want to stay in & cook. The pool is a fine size. Centre of Tavira is approx 10 min walk. Angie was great to deal with – nothing was an issue.

We have just returned home after a wonderful holiday! The villa is well appointed, clean and spacious. Furniture and fittings are of a high standard as was the cleanliness of the property. The gardens and pool area provided hours of amusement for the children, the inflatables an added bonus. The spaciousness of the property allowed everyone to enjoy some space. Angie was very welcoming and took time to explain the features of the property, thank you. We loved returning to Tavira and sharing the experience with our daughter, her partner and children. The bird life on the marshes was fantastic, seeing a flock of flamingo in flight was spectacular. We enjoyed a trip to the fish and general produce market in Olhao, excellent lamb chops. Also, a good experience for the children to see real fruit and veg rather than the well-manicured of English supermarkets! Ethan aged 7 summed it up, ‘the bestest holiday ever’. I think the gelato shop in town was a big hit too!

Having just spent a week in the North of Portugal at Boom Festival 2016 – dancing & having lots of fun we were looking forward to a relaxing time at this villa in the South. We were very pleasantly surprised at the amount of space in this villa, which more that suited our needs. The bedrooms were perfect and allowed for us all to have our own space. The living area was more than adequate, and the kitchen too was a very good area and ease for cooking & cleaning. Slight problem with the fridge/freezer but otherwise everything was fine. The back outside area was well used and we enjoyed quite a few barbecues here – having lit it up with our own solar lights! The swimming pool was well maintained and regularly cleaned and provided a wonderful space for relaxing. Needed to be aware of a lot of loose cobbles on both patio at the swimming pool and back area.
Overall this was a suburb villa at a very reasonable cost. The walk to the town centre was not too bad, once you got your sense of direction (little signage!) but a dangerous road to walk along and cross which was not so good particularly with a child. Useful additional information to have for the villa would be 1) a clear map and directions of how to find the villa (for arrival) and 2) closest supermarkets and opening times.
We loved our stay here and will very likely look at renting again in the future.

Villa was fab. Each room was spacious & well furnished. The outside areas were great with pool/sunbeds and the rear area with great BBQ & dining area. Although we had utilised all four bedrooms – there was never a time that we were on top of each other – this was due to the inside & outside space. It was a 10 minute walk into the main town in Tavira – this was fine. Tip. The 20 minute stroll from the main supermarket is quite difficult with shopping & bottles of water….I would therefore suggest a taxi.

The Villa was amazing, the best we have ever stayed in! Clean, spacious with lots of the little extra’s which make so much difference to your stay. Would recommend it anyone.
